On his African tour, the founder of Alibaba Jack Ma created the Nettaker Prize, a price of 10 million million to support and finance African entrepreneurs.
Called the Nettaker Prize, 10 small African companies will compete for $1 million each year for the next decade, starting at 2019.
More recently the billionaire has received at the company’s headquarters in Hangzhou Young entrepeneurs from 11 African countries in the presence of Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi, Secretary-in-Chief of UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development).. Jack gave a variety of advice to these young people hoping that they would become the future Jack Ma of Africa.
